Swimming Pool Instructions

Have a shower before and after the swim.

Enter the pool only in the presence of the Instructor.

Have the proper pool dress as suggested.

A shower cap must be worn while entering the pool.

wearing ornaments is not advisable while swimming .

Sandals or shoes must be avoided while entering the pool.

Diving is not permitted in the pool.
-
No eatable or drinks are permitted in the pool area.
-
Visit the toilet before entering the pool, and also when necessary in between.
