Recommendations to Parents

  1. Kindly read the diary for all instructions. Check the same on a daily basis and ensure that it is signed and send to school everyday. Train the child to complete his/her work in a systematic way, using the diary.

  2. Any change in your address or telephone number should be intimated to the school promptly.

  3. Label all belongings of your child with a marker pen.

  4. Send a lunch towel and spoon every day along with lunch packing.

  5. Kindly make sure that your child attends remedial/special classes if he/she is expected to do so.

  6. Ensure that your child comes to school neatly groomed and dressed in the prescribed school uniform. Keep the nails well trimmed and hair properly cut/set .

  7. Make sure that your child is regular and punctual.

  8. In case of contagious diseases, send your child to school only after complete recovery with  a leave letter supported by a medical certificate.

  9. Ensure that you make arrangements to drop and collect your child from the bus stop on time. Buses will not wait at the stop for the child to arrive or to be picked up

  10. Do not send cash with your child, unless requested for in writing, from the school. Do not send sharp objects such as blades, knives, scissors etc or electronic devices such as camera, mobile or pendrive to school. Such items will be confiscated.

  11. Your complaints/suggestions should be intimated to the school in writing and not through whatsapp /sms.

  12. your participation and support is solicited in all meetings functions and workshops organised by the school in the interest of your child.

  13. The school expect your wholehearted cooperation and we request you to abide by the rules and regulations of the school.

  14. Parents are requested to kindly cooperate with school by enforcing punctuality & discipline and taking interest in their children’s progress.

  15. Parents /guardians are not allowed to visit the children or interview the teachers during class hours  without prior permission of the principal.

  16. It is up to the parents to bring to the attention of the principal and teachers their children`s habits or traits or any other matter that may need special care and attention .

  17. Students indulging in aggressive or violent behaviour, will not be allowed to travel in school bus. The parents shall make personal arrangements in such cases.

  18. The school reserves the right to suspend or to take disciplinary action against a student  whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.

  19. School rules can be changed without prior notice.

  20. Whenever possible, avoid taking students out of the school time for trips and holidays and other non-academic events.

  21. Parents are requested to inform about  the lost articles and they can collect the lost articles if found, from the Principal`s office with in a week. After that period, the unclaimed articles will be disposed off.

  22. No guardian can question the teaching and non-teaching staff directly on any outstanding issues. The Principal should be informed in all such cases.
